Returns and Refunds

 If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days after receiving it. Send us a message through email or through the contact form on our website to notify of your return and attach the number of order and tracking number (if applicable). We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service as Jeweladay is not responsible for return shipping and we cannot refund the item if we do not receive it. This is especially relevant to international returns.
We will send you a confirmation once we receive your return. The full refund (with the deduction of a shipping cost) will be provided within 15 working days. Please note that we do not provide refund for any delivery charges neither for sending item out nor for returning it. The only exception if the item is returned due to being damaged. In this case we will return shipping costs as well (the customer will have to provide us with the receipt stating the amount of money paid for mail services).
We do not allow the return of earrings due to reasons of hygiene.
All items should be returned in the original packaging and unused. Please note, that if the item seems to be worn we will not provide the refund.
